These contractors may get confidential and partial access to your data under the contract that binds them with Hervé Loubet Immo Sàrl, which requires them to take the necessary measures to protect your data. 

5. The safety of your data

The personal data which we process is securely kept and its access is limited to the persons who need it. We have implemented technical and organisational measures to protect your data. For instance, to avoid any loss, your data is saved through an encrypted back-up and access to our offices, IT equipment and files is strictly monitored. Our website uses SSL or TLS encryption. 

6. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to access, correct, remove any data concerning you, the right of the purpose limitation, the right of opposition, the right for data portability, the right to submit a complaint to the competent authority.

We will do our best to reply within 30 days. We may charge a reasonable fee for an equal participation to the costs, up to a maximum amount of CHF 300.-. If the processing of your data is based on your consent you can revoke it at any time, for the future, without giving any reason. The revocation should be sent to the controller, trough the contact information referred to in Article 1 of this Policy. 

7. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

This Policy is subject to Swiss law, except for its private international law rules. All legal issues arising from or related to this Policy shall exclusively be governed by the Tribunal in Lausanne (Switzerland). The above is subject to appeal to the Federal Supreme Court.
